Review Overdue Payments
Reviewing Overdue Payments
Select "Billing" from the left-hand menu.
Locate the Overdue Payments section. This shows:
Invoice Date
Amount Due
Reason for Failure (e.g., card declined)
Click "Pay Now" or "Retry" if available.
If your card is outdated:
Go to Payment Method in Billing.
Update your card info.
Return to Overdue Payments and retry.
Once paid, the overdue payment will disappear.
You may receive a confirmation email or invoice.
View All Overdue Payments
Select "Billing" from the left-hand menu.
In the Overviews section, click "All Payments" in the top-right corner.
Filter or scroll to locate overdue transactions.
