Review Overdue Payments

Reviewing Overdue Payments

  1. Select "Billing" from the left-hand menu.

  2. Locate the Overdue Payments section. This shows:

    • Invoice Date

    • Amount Due

    • Reason for Failure (e.g., card declined)

  3. Click "Pay Now" or "Retry" if available.

  4. If your card is outdated:

    • Go to Payment Method in Billing.

    • Update your card info.

    • Return to Overdue Payments and retry.

  5. Once paid, the overdue payment will disappear.

  6. You may receive a confirmation email or invoice.

View All Overdue Payments

  1. Select "Billing" from the left-hand menu.

  2. In the Overviews section, click "All Payments" in the top-right corner.

  3. Filter or scroll to locate overdue transactions.
