Financial Analytics
Access Financial Analytics
Select "Financial Analytics" from the top menu.
Adjust Date Range
In the upper right corner, select the desired date range.
Click outside the calendar to apply the filter.
Review Lifetime Metrics
Lifetime Revenue: Total revenue generated by your gym.
Member LTV: Average lifetime value of each member.
Most Revenue Plan: Plan that has generated the most income.
Review Period Metrics
Total Revenue: All income during the selected period, with percentage change.
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR): Expected revenue each month from active subscriptions, with percentage change.
Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR): Projected annual revenue based on current memberships.
Average Revenue Per User (ARPU): Average income per active member, with percentage change.
View Revenue by Plan Type
Scroll to the "Revenue by Plan Type" section.
Review the breakdown of income by membership plan.
Analyze Monthly Revenue Trends
Locate the "Monthly Revenue Trends" chart at the bottom right.
Hover over each data point to view revenue details by month.
Additional Financial Metrics
Failed Payments: Percentage and number of failed transactions, with percentage change.
Refunds: Total refunds issued, with percentage change.
Outstanding Payments: Revenue still pending or unpaid, with percentage change.
Dashboard
Navigating to Dashboard Features
Access Dashboard
Select "Dashboard" from the left-hand menu.
View and Manage Key Areas
Schedule: Click "Schedule" tab from the top menu to create, edit, or view classes.
Check-Ins: Click "Checkin" tab to view current and past member check-ins.
Documents: Click "Documents" tab to view, edit, or upload waivers, contracts, and agreements.
Settings: Click "Settings" tab to configure notifications, manage member sign-ups, and adjust gym settings.
Edit / Delete Members
Edit Member Information
Select Members from left menu bar
Click on the member name.
Click the member name or edit button icon on right
Edit fields like name, gender, phone, email, DOB, address, documents, or password.
Click Save at the bottom right.
Deleting a Member
Click the delete member button on the right side of the screen.
A pop-up confirmation will appear; click Delete to confirm.
Import/Export Members
Import Members via CSV
Choose "Members" from the main Members tab.
Click on the "Import CSV" button.
Select your CSV file from your device.
Verify that the file contains the required columns:
First Name, Last Name, Phone, Role, Date of Birth, Created At, Last Updated, Authorize.net Customer ID.
The system will automatically import the data.
Export Members via CSV
Choose "Members" from the main Members tab.
Click the "Export CSV" button.
The file will automatically download.
Locate the download and open it to view member data.
Searching for Members
Select "Members" from the left menu bar.
Select "Members" from the top menu.
Type the first or last name into the search bar.
Choose the desired member.
Member Self Sign-Up
Use Sign Up Link Self Sign-Up
Select "Settings" from the left menu bar.
Choose "Members".
Click on the "Sign-Up Forms”.
Select the Sign-Up Form you wish to use and select the "Copy" icon for the chosen form.
Paste the copied form link into an SMS or email to send to the members
Use QR Code Self Sign-Up
Select "Settings" from the left menu bar.
Choose "Members".
Click on "Sign-Up Forms"
Select the "QR" icon for the form you wish to use.
Right click the QR Code displayed and paste the image on the flier or creative you wish to publish for quick QR Code sign ups.
Create a New Member
Note: Only Admins and Managers have permission to manually create members.
Follow the steps below to add a new member manually:
Navigate to Members
From the left-hand menu bar, click "Members".Click "Create Member"
Select the "Create Member" button to open the enrollment form.Fill Out Member Details
