The same complaint
kept showing up.
Fitness GM came from people who had lived on both sides of gym software: operating gyms, selling tools to gym owners, and listening after the demo when the honest complaints came out.
Owners were tired of paying for systems that looked complete in a sales deck but fell apart at the front desk, during a failed payment, or ten minutes before class.
So we built the tool we wanted to use: one place for members, billing, access, classes, and communication. Less software theater. More gym.
The goal is simple: help independent gyms run cleanly on the busy days, not just the clean demo days.
