Any person with an active recurring membership, class pack, or punch card. Drop-ins, guests, and canceled members do not count. You can pause a member for up to 90 days without it counting either.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Nothing breaks. We send you a notice, and you have 30 days to either upgrade or bring the count back down. We will never shut off your account or lock out members because you crossed a line.
There is no separate software setup fee shown on this page. Payment processing, gateway, or pass-through fees may apply when you turn on billing, and those details should be shown before you commit.
