Server Logs
As you use our website, our system collects server log data which includes, where possible, your IP address, your domain name, the type of browser and operating system you use, the pages you view, search request and, in some cases, data you submitted via Web forms. If you linked to our site from another website, that website’s address may also be documented. We aggregate this data and use it for statistical purposes. The aggregate information helps us ascertain, for example, the volume of our website users’ interest in portions of our website, and also helps us understand how to improve the navigation and content of our website.

SMS Terms and Conditions
Upon messaging opt-in, the end user agrees to receive messages from Fitness GM regarding SMS and Email Communications. End users can opt-out by replying STOP or request more information by replying HELP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Google Calendar Data Retention
In connection with the integration of Google Calendar within the Fitness GM platform, we may collect and temporarily store certain calendar data only with the explicit permission of the user. This data is used solely to enable scheduling functionalities within the platform. In accordance with Google’s data use requirements, any data obtained from a user’s Google Calendar is retained for a maximum of 30 days following the disconnection of the user’s Google account from our services. After this period, all such data is securely and permanently deleted from our systems. This data is not shared with any third parties and is used exclusively to support features directly related to calendar synchronization.
Data Storage, Changes, and Contact
Your personal information will generally be stored in Fitness GM databases located in the United States. Our policy is to ensure that your information is always granted the same level of protection no matter where it is stored.
